Ingredients

  • 3 cup rice


  • 1 1tbsp desi ghee ya oil


  • 1 tsp biryani masala


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1/2 tsp chilly powder


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 grated carrot


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp salt ya according to taste


  • 2-3 black pepper


  • 2 Bay leaves


  • 2-3 cardmon


  • 2tbsp cappsicum cot kare


  • 3-4 curry leaves


  • 2-3 tbsp green peas


  • 5-6 kismis


  • 3-4 kaju

Directions

  • White rice ke liye 1 Tbsp oil ya ghee daale.
  • Jeera aur hing kaali mirch , cardmon and bay leaves, laung daake.
  • kaju aur kismis mix kare aur 1 cup rice mux kare.
  • salt mix kare.
  • Orange rice ke liye carrot ko grate kar le.
  • kadhsi me oil jeera nd hind daale.
  • sabhi masale daale aur grated carrot daale 2 tbsp water mix kare.
  • carrot pakne par rice 1 cup add kare aur salt bhi mix kare.
  • Green rice ke liye pan an me oil garam kare hing aur jeera daale.
  • Curry leaves and cappsicum aur green peas mix kare.
  • Munt leaves ko cut kare aur coriander ko bhi cut kar mix kare.
  • salt mix kare.
